How does the new two-factor authentication system work?
At Bluespace, we’re constantly investing in your security. That’s why we’ve introduced a new two-factor authentication system that strengthens access control at our facilities and ensures that only authorized customers can enter.
By combining a personal QR code with an individual 8-digit access code, this system provides a safer and more reliable solution to help protect what matters most to you.

How can you recover your QR access code?
If you don’t currently have your access QR code, don’t worry. You can easily retrieve it by following these steps:
1.Check your inbox, including your spam or junk folder.
2. If you can’t find the email, log in to your Customer Area.
3. Under the “Access” tab, select “Change Access Code.”
Once you complete this process, you’ll automatically receive:
· Your new QR code
· Your new personal 8-digit access code

Don’t have access to your Customer Portal yet?
If you still don’t have access to the Bluespace Customer Portal, visit https://my.bluespace.eu/new-user and fill out the registration form. Once completed, you’ll receive your login credentials to access your private account, where you can view your storage unit and access code, download invoices and contracts, update your payment method, change your access code, and manage your billing.
