  • How far in advance do I need to rent my storage unit?

    You can rent it on the same day or in advance, depending on availability. We recommend booking in advance to ensure the best option for you.

  • What do I need to rent a storage unit?

    You only need a valid identity document and an accepted payment method (credit/debit card or direct debit).

  • How can I rent a storage unit?

    You can rent a storage unit quickly and easily by calling us for free at 800 450 132, available from Monday to Sunday, or by visiting any of our centers.

  • I don’t remember my access code or box

    Access your private customer area and you will be able to consult all the information concerning your Bluespace (storage room number, access code and contact details of your Bluespace centre).

  • I need a copy of my invoices

    Access your private customer area and you’ll be able to manage all your invoices and download them in PDF format easily and quickly.

  • I need to pay one or more storage unit fees

    Log in to your private customer area and you can pay your storage unit fees directly, update your payment method, or modify your personal details.

  • Can I access my storage unit 24 hours a day?

    Our standard access hours are from 07:00 to 22:00, 365 days a year, but if you need access outside these hours, we have a solution. Request it during the sign-up process or, if you are already a customer, contact your Bluespace advisor.

  • How can I buy packing materials?

    You can purchase all the packing materials you need through our Click & Collect service, collect them for free at any of our stores or have them delivered to your home. Packing materials are also available for purchase at all Bluespace stores.

  • How do I access my private customer area?

    To access your private customer area at Bluespace, go to https://my.bluespace.eu/, enter your username (registered email address) and password; from there you can check your storage unit and access code, download invoices and contracts, update your payment method, change your code, and manage your fees.

  • I want to contact a Bluespace department
